1. Who provides the Services
The website at answeredlabs.co and the mobile applications Walking With Jesus and Answered (together, the “Services”) are provided by Answered Labs Pty Ltd (“Answered Labs”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Australia.
By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms for it.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be an adult to create an account. Walking With Jesus is intended to be used by children together with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian who holds the account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
3. Your licence to use the Services
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded the app from. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them to create content that is unlawful, harmful or offensive.
4. Your content
You own the prayers, reflections and other content you create. You give us the limited permission we need to store, process and display that content in order to provide the Services to you (for example, to generate a story from information you enter or to sync your journal to your account). We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.
Stories, illustrations and other material generated within Walking With Jesus are provided for your family’s personal use.
5. Generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate stories, illustrations or suggested Bible verses. We design these features with care and with guardrails, but generated content may occasionally be imperfect. It is intended to support, not replace, the guidance of parents, pastors and Scripture itself. Please let us know if you encounter content you believe is inappropriate so we can review it.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features are available through subscriptions or one-off purchases made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account settings before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the relevant store in accordance with its policies.
7. Changes to the Services
We are continually improving the Services and may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will try to let you know in advance. We may suspend or end access to the Services for accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Our intellectual property
The Services, including their design, software, names, logos and original content, are owned by Answered Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Bible text is reproduced from translations whose licences permit its use.
9. Consumer guarantees and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
